Advertising & Feature Submission Guidelines

General Terms

All content must relate to a business, service, or community group in South Lincolnshire.

ikandoo reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, and style.

Publication dates are agreed in advance and may vary depending on workload or content suitability.

Includes one draft and one round of minor edits.

Significant rewrites or late changes may incur an additional fee (£10 per revision).

All text and images must be supplied via the submission form or email before writing begins (see below).

Final editorial style will match ikandoo’s tone — friendly, professional, and promotional.

To make sure every Business Focus feature and advert represents your business accurately, we need you to provide the information we’ll use.

Please complete the submission form in full and upload any logos, images, and key details before we begin.

We don’t pull content from your website, Facebook page, or other sources — this helps avoid mistakes, missing details, or out-of-date information.

If the form isn’t received within 5 working days of your purchase, your slot may be delayed until all materials are supplied.

What we need:

Ad design includes one initial concept and one round of amends.

Additional design changes are £10 per round.

Please supply logo, images, and text (business name, contact details, key message) (Please see above).

Ads include one month of display time from the date of publication.

Payment is required in full before any work begins.

Refunds are not available once writing or design work has started.

Extensions or additional visibility can be purchased separately.
