How do I list my business in the iKandoo directory?
You can sign up for a free or paid listing by visiting our Get Listed! page and selecting the package that best suits your needs. Simply fill out the form, and we’ll review and publish your listing.
What’s the difference between the Free, Basic, and Featured listings?
- Free Listing: Includes your business name, category, a short description, five keywords and one image.
- Basic Listing (£7/month): Includes a longer description, website and social media links, more keywords, locations, images etc.
- Featured Listing (£12/month): Includes everything in Basic, plus priority placement, unlimited description, more images, keywords, locations etc and access to the Business Club.
Can I update my listing after it’s been published?
Yes! If you need to make changes, simply log into your account and update your details. For Featured listings, we can also help you optimise your description – just get in touch.
How do I submit news or events to be featured on iKandoo?
You can email us at news@ikandoo.co.uk for community stories or business@ikandoo.co.uk for business-related news. Be sure to follow the submission guidelines below.

Community & Business News
- Please provide a clear and engaging headline.
- Submissions should be 300-600 words and written in a news-style format (avoid overly promotional language).
- Include high-quality images (landscape preferred) with captions and credits.
- We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity and style.
- Please note: We reserve the right to decline submissions if they are deemed unsuitable or do not align with our content focus.

Events
- Send details including event name, date, time, location, and a short description.
- If ticketed, provide the booking link or contact details.
- Attach a relevant image or poster.

Business Announcements
