A Dream That Refused To Stay a Dream

Fairview Florist didn’t start on a whim. It started with years of “one day…” thoughts, bottled-up creativity, and a very real desire for something more.

After having her child and realising her old job wasn’t it anymore, Bec decided to go all in and finally give her dream the space it deserved.

Her love of creativity began in primary school, where the teachers who first nurtured her skills clearly left their mark. After 17 years working in the Fresh Produce industry – mostly in Technical and Compliance roles – she’d perfected precision, detail, and standards… but her creative spark was sitting unused.

“I don’t enjoy sitting at a desk,” she says. “I’m active, I need variation.”

So she took the leap. And here she is: doing what she loves, working with her hands, and letting nature guide her through every season.
